What if my machine is beyond economical repair?
If your machine requires parts which results in a beyond economical repair diagnosis, we reduce our labour charge by half.
How long does a printer repair take to complete?
Typically, printer repairs are completed on the first visit within the first hour. Our engineers can rectify faults quickly due to their wealth of experience. If a machine requires a part that we do not carry and it generates a 'return to fit', labour for the second call is reduced by half.
Do you carry all the parts for my printer?
We always carry commonly used printers parts.
If your machine requires a specific and more unique part then we would have to order in and return to fit.
